​-then submit payment to Venmo please add players name in comments on Venmo.
*submitting the player info and the payment guarantees you a spot in the camp

Once a player has been accepted and assigned to the camp, any cancellation is subject to a 50% fee should a refund be requested. In the event of a cancellation occurring for reasons beyond the control of the player, a full refund can be offered (less a 10% handling fee). This determination and decision will be made by CCDD.
In the event of a cancellation made by CCDD a full refund will be offered.
There are no refunds or credits should a player cancel within 10 days of the event.
In the event that no camp is available for you to participate in, you will be offered a full refund (less a 10% handling fee).
